《刑法修正案(九)》涉恐条款探微

Study on the Terrorism- related Articles in Amendment( IX)to the Criminal Law

近年来,国内外恐怖犯罪行为频发、多发、重发,严重威胁着人民生命财产安全,破坏社会经济安全秩序,危害国家的政治稳定,并在全球范围内呈现蔓延之势。《刑法修正案(九)》修正的内容及趋势都及时反映了安全法治理念的变化和社会问题的导向。从刑法这一修正案入手,着重关注对于恐怖主义犯罪相关条文的修改,以此探究我国政治、法律对于恐怖主义犯罪打击的理念、倾向和意图。

In recent years, criminal acts involving terrorism have frequently and repeatedly taken place at home and abroad, posing a threat to the safety of people＇ s life and property, disrupting the security order of society and economy and also the political stability of the state. The trend is spreading. The amended articles and the trend in amendment in Amendment （IX） to the Criminal Law reflect the changes in the concepts of security and law and the orientation of social problems. Based on the Amendment （IX） , the paper focuses on the amended articles related to terrorist crimes, and further explores the idea, trend and intention of the fight against terrorist crimes in the arena of politics and laws of China.
