摘要 根据现有的锚杆支护方式,提出一种采用声激励来监测锚杆轴力的新方法,该方法属于无损检测。阐述了锚杆轴力监测传感器的基本原理,介绍了传感器的构造及参数的设置,从强度、模态、声学3个方面进行了详细说明,分析了共振板的厚度变化对声学性能的影响。结果表明,该传感器满足设计要求,方法可行、有效。 According to the existing mode of rock bolt support,the paper puts forward a new kind of method of rock bolt axial force monitoring sensors by acoustic excitation,which belongs to nondestructive testing. The basic principle of the monitoring sensors is elaborated,the structure of the sensor and the parameter settings of each part are introduced,a detailed description of the sensor is made from three aspects of intensity,mode and acoustic,and the effects of resonance plate thickness on the performance of acoustic are analyzed. The results show that the method is feasible and effective,meeting the requirements of design.
