摘要
以某铁矿3#溜井为研究对象,按照相似模拟试验准则,建立了溜井放矿相似性模拟实验台。通过井筒相似性模拟实验,采用全站仪观测法记录岩层变化情况,研究了不同地质结构下的溜井放矿冲击点分布及其破坏规律。实验过程表明,基于相似模拟试验,采用物理模型的比对换算,可以初步推算实际溜井的冲击点位置和破坏情况。实验结果表明,溜井所在地层存在断层带的地质构造易引发溜井的局部括刷严重。研究结果对于溜井放矿破坏机理的分析和矿山井巷工程合理有效维护有重要意义。
In order to deeply investigate the deformation and damage mechanism of main ore-pass and explore the reasonable and effective maintenance methods,a laboratory bench of similarity simulation on ore pass was established by taking 3 #ore-pass of a certain iron mine as research object. Through the similarity simulation experiments of shaft,the variation situation of rock strata was recorded by using the photographic recording method and the total station observation method,and the damage laws of ore pass under different geological structures were studied. The results showed that the impact points of empty well ore-drawing were basically consistent with the actual situation,and the fault fracture zone assumed in the simulation process matched well with the on-site measurement results. It is of great significance to the analysis on damage mechanism of ore pass and the reasonable and effective maintenance of mine roadway engineering.
