摘要
山东省白酒坚持走淡雅低度浓香型白酒和高端芝麻香型白酒,成效是显著的,同时也存在着诸多问题。在分析质量现状的基础上,提出了技术发展措施。
Adhere to the quietly elegant low-alcohol luzhou-flavor liquor in shandong province and high-end Zhima-flavor liquor, effect is significant, at the same time it still has many problems. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of quality, technology development measures are put forward.
