摘要
以剑南春酒曲为研究对象,采用宏基因组学方法提取总基因组DNA,经PCR扩增16SrDNA V4区构建文库并测序,进行剑南春酒曲中细菌群落多样性的研究。结果表明:剑南春酒曲微生物群落构成较稳定,主要分布在Proteobacteria、Firmicutes、Actinobacteria三大门中,占总量的95%以上。分属于Pantoea、Weissella、Staphylococcus、Lactobacillus、Pediococcus、Sebaldella、Lactococcus、Thermoactinomyces、Leuconostoc、Kroppenstedtia。
Total DNA of microorganism in jiannanchun koji was respectively extracted by the metagenomics method and then its 16 SrDNA V4 was amplified and sequenced to study bacterial community diversity of jiannanchun koji. The results showed that Jiannanchun koji microbial community composition is stable, mainly distributed in Proteobacteria, Firmicutes and actinobacteria, accounted for more than95%.including Pantoea, Weissella, Staphylococcus, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, Sebaldella, Lactococcus, Thermoactinomyces, Leuconostoc,Kroppenstedtia.
