摘要
对白酒酿造相关放线菌进行了产酶试验,结果发现放线菌的产酶能力与其促己酸菌产己酸能力是有一定联系的。从放线菌的产酶特征出发,首次对放线菌促己酸菌产己酸机理进行了初探,为白酒酿造相关放线菌的研究,以及己酸菌高产己酸的研究,提供了新思路和新方向。
Enzyme-production tests were performed on actinomycetes from liquor-making environment.The result showed that there was a link between actinomycetes' enzyme-producing abilities and its ability of promoting caproic acid. Based on actinomycetes' enzyme-production,the papper first studied on the interrelated promoting mechanism.It also provided a new idea and direction for study on actinomycetes from liquor-making environment and yield of caproic acid.
