食品药品安全应急管理信息平台初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Information Platform for Food and Drug Safety Emergency Management

目的:研究食品药品安全应急管理信息平台总体框架,为创新、推进新常态下食品药品安全应急管理工作提供参考。方法:综合采用基于总体架构(EA)和信息资源规划(IRP)的顶层设计方法、文献分析法、综合调查法,分析梳理出食品药品安全应急管理核心业务和信息资源。结果与结论:初步提出满足应急管理工作需要的食品药品应急管理信息平台设计整体方案。

Objective： To explore the information platform framework for food and drug safety emergency management, and provide references for the innovation and promotion of food and drug safety emergency management. Methods： By means of top design methodology of EA（Enterprise Architecture） and IRP（Information Resource Planning）, literature analysis and comprehensive survey, core business and information resources of food and drug safety emergency management were analyzed. Results and Conclusion： A basic framework design of information platform for food and drug safety emergency management was proposed, which could meet the demand of emergency management.
