药材产地加工方法及有关问题探讨

On Primary Processing Methods in Original Area and Related Problems of Crude Drugs

目的:应高度重视药材产地加工过程中的问题,堵住薄弱环节中的漏洞,保证药材加工质量。方法:通过研究古籍本草中药材加工,实地调查药材产地加工,分析药材质量标准中产地加工标准规定存在的问题,探讨药材加工方法对药材质量的影响。结果与结论:药材产地加工是药材形成的重要一环,加工质量直接影响到药材品质。现今药材加工方法与本草记述差异明显,各地存在产地加工方法不同的现象。药材产地加工应循历史传统之路,克服随意性,走继承发展之路。建议开展进一步研究,统一完善药材产地加工标准规范;采取更加有效措施,严格执行统一的产地加工技术标准,以保证药材加工质量的一致性。

Objective： To ensure the quality of traditional Chinese medicinal materials（TCMM） in original area, and to draw attention to the relevant issues. Methods： The processing methods recorded in Chinese material medica, the problems found in the processing of TCMM in original area,as well as the problems existing in quality standards of TCMM were studied, and the influence of processing methods on the quality of the medicinal materials was discussed. Results and Conclusion： Processing of TCMM in original area is a major step of medicinal material preparation before application. There are differences between the methods recorded in Chinese material medica and the processing methods used now, and the processing methods in original area are also different in different regions. Improper processing method affects the quality of TCMM, and lowers its medicinal effects. The present processing methods of TCMM should follow the way used in the ancient times, avoiding arbitrariness, which means sustainable development.
