县级医院药事管理现状分析与改进建议

Status Analysis and Improvement Suggestions for Pharmacy Management in Country-level Hospitals

目的:改进县级医院药事管理存在的问题。方法:采用现场追踪法和问卷调查法,对云南省10家县级医院药学人员和医务人员进行调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:县级医院药事管理在药品管理、人员配备、制度建设、临床药学、信息系统等诸多方面存在问题,需要采取有效措施进行改进。结论:县级医院应进一步提高对药事管理工作的重视程度,规范药品管理,开展临床药学,健全规章制度,全面运用质量改进工具和方法,完善医院药事管理信息系统,才能使县级医院药事管理水平得到提高。

Objective： To solve the existing problems of pharmacy management in the county-level hospitals. Methods： The pharmacy staff members of 10 county-level hospitals in Yunnan Province were vetted and debriefed by spot tracing and questionnaire survey. The investigation results were analyzed statistically. Results： There are lots of pharmacy management problems for county-level hospitals in such aspects as drug management, staffing, system construction, clinical pharmacy, information system and etc, which should be improved by taking effective measures. Conclusion： In order to make improvement in pharmacy management of county-level hospitals, hospitals should attach more importance to pharmacy management, regulate drug administrative behavior, develop clinical pharmacy, refine rules and regulations, make full use of quality improvement tools and methods, and improve the hospital pharmacy management information system.
