2015年龙岩市食品安全风险监测结果分析 被引量:9

Analysis of the food safety risk monitoring results in Longyan city in 2015

摘要 目的了解龙岩市食品中化学污染及有害因素的污染水平,评估食品安全现状,为采取有针对性的食品监督措施提供科学依据。方法按照《2015年福建省卫生计生系统食品污染及有害因素监测方案》的要求,采集食品样品进行食品化学污染物及有害因素监测和分析。结果 2015年共监测6类246份样品,合格227份,总合格率为92.28%,其中蔬菜及其制品、水产品及其制品、坚果及其籽类、水果及其制品、粮食及其制品(油条)、食用植物油合格率分别为85.00%(34/40)、91.67%(132/144)、95.00%(19/20)、100%(21/21)、100%(10/10)、100%(11/11),在不同类别食品间合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=6.77,P>0.05);对205份样品进行了重金属监测,发现在不同重金属间合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.79,P<0.05)。结论龙岩市食品安全风险总体较低,但也存在不同程度的安全隐患,需进一步加强监督和管理。 Objective To understand the level of chemical pollution and harmful factors in food of Longyan city,and to assess the food safety status,so as to provide scientific basis for taking prevention and control measures of food monitoring. Methods Food samples were collected for the monitoring and analysis of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food according to Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Monitoring Plan of Fujian Provincial Health and Family Planning System in 2015. Results A total of 246 samples in 6 categories were detected in 2015,and 227 samples were qualified,with the total qualified rate of92. 28%. The qualified rates of vegetable and its products,aquatic products and its products,nuts and seeds,fruit and its products,food and its products,edible vegetable oil were 85. 00%( 34 /40),91. 67%( 132 /144),95. 00%( 19 /20),100%( 21 /21),100%( 10 /10) and 100%( 11 /11),respectively. The qualified rates difference on different types of food had no statistical significance( P 0. 05). The qualified rates difference in different heavy metals had statistical significant( P 0. 05),based on the monitoring on heavy metals in the 205 samples. Conclusion The food safety risk in Longyan city is relatively low,but sefety problems does exist,so supervision and management should be strengthened.
