阿维A联合苦参素对老年银屑病患者血清γ-干扰素、白细胞介素-2、肿瘤坏死因子α水平的影响及疗效分析

Clinical effect and analysis of avermectin A combined with kushenin tablets on serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-2,TNF-α in elderly patients with psoriasis

目的探讨阿维A联合苦参素治疗老年银屑病的疗效及对相关免疫指标的影响。方法选取于本院就诊的60例老年银屑病患者,随机分为对照组(A组)与观察组(B组),A组予阿维A胶囊治疗;B组在A组治疗的基础上加服苦参素片,观察2组患者治疗前后临床疗效及不良反应。结果 2组患者治疗后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数评分均降低,且B组降低更显著;2组患者血清γ-干扰素、白细胞介素-2、肿瘤坏死因子α水平均改善,且B组改善得更明显;B组治疗总有效率为86.6%,明显高于A组(60.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组皮肤瘙痒、转氨酶升高和血脂异常不良反应的发生率与A组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿维A胶囊联合苦参素片治疗老年银屑病患者疗效确定,提高免疫力,安全性高,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of avermectin A combined with kushenin tablets in the treatment of psoriasis and its effect on some related immune facts. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with psoriasis treated in our hospital were divided into the control group（ group A） and the observation group（ group B）. The group A received avermectin A capsules,while group B received avermectin A capsules combined with kushenin tablets. To observe and record the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups. Results After treatment,the skin lesion area and PASI scores of the two groups significantly decreased,and that in group B was significantly lower; after treatment,the serum levels of IFN- γ,IL- 2,TNF- α were significantly improved,and group B improved more significant; the total effective rate of the group B was 86. 6%,which was significantly higher than that of group A（ 60. 0%）,with the difference statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. And the differences on incidence counts of pruritus,elevated aminotransferase and serum lipid abnormality between in group B and in group A was not statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of avermectin A capsules combined with kushenin tabletsin the treatment of psoriasis is exact,which can improve immune response,and the safety is high. It is worthy of clinical application in the treatment of psoriasis.
