一起由阴沟肠杆菌引起的食物中毒流行病学调查分析

Epidemiological investigation and analysis of food poisoning caused by Enterobacter cloacae

目的调查一起婚宴后出现多人腹痛、腹泻及呕吐事件,以查找病原和传播危险因素,为采取针对性防控措施提供依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法了解病例发病情况和可疑的传播途径,采集并检测井水、饮料、食物和肛拭子等有关标本。结果该婚宴发现35例患者,临床症状以恶心、呕吐、腹泻以及腹痛为主,自19日-22日每个餐次的食用人员均有发病,3例现症患者的肛拭子标本、井水和砧板涂抹液均检出阴沟肠杆菌阳性。结论本次疫情为一起由阴沟肠杆菌引起的食源细菌性中毒事故,致病菌来源为婚宴举办方的井水。

Objective To investigate the incidents of abdominal pain,diarrhea and vomiting after the wedding banquet,and to find out the risk factors of the disease,so as to provide basis for the establishment of prevention and control measures. Methods Field epidemiological survey was used to understand the incidence of cases and the suspicious transmission routes,and well water,beverages,food and anal swab and other related specimens were collected and detected. Results 35 cases were found in the wedding,and the clinical symptoms were almost nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,and abdominal pain; from 19 to 22,these symptoms happened on personnel in each meal,and positive Enterobacter cloacae were detected from anal swab specimens,wells and chopping smear liquid in 3 malaria patients. Conclusion This outbreak is a food borne bacterial poisoning accident caused by Enterobacter cloacae,and the pathogenic bacteria for the wedding party come from the well water of holder.
