优质护理服务在急诊宫外孕手术患者中的应用

Effects of high-quality care in patient undergoing ectopic pregnancy emergency surgery： observation of 120 cases

目的探索优质护理服务在急诊宫外孕手术患者中的作用。方法将120名急诊宫外孕手术患者随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组。采用抑郁自评量表，焦虑自评量表评估患者的抑郁、焦虑状态。优质护理组术前、术后沟通时间延长，术前准备时间缩短，服务态度更加热情，固定责任护士，与医生一同查房，进行个性化护理加强生活护理。手术后第3天评价患者、医生对护理工作的满意度及抑郁、焦虑状态。结果术后优质护理组患者、医生对的满意度均显著高于常规护组（均P〈0．05），术后两组的抑郁、焦虑评分均显著低于术前（均P〈0．01），而优质护理组患者术后的抑郁、焦虑状态评分均显著低于常规护理组（均P〈0．01）。结论对急诊宫外孕手术患者实施围术期优质护理服务，能更好的缓解患者的抑郁、焦虑状态，提高患者、医生对护理质量的满意度。

Objective To estimate the value of high-quality care in the patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy emergency surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into 2 equal groups： conventional care group and high-quality care group. Self-rating depression scale （SDS）and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） were used to access the status of depression and anxiety. For the patients in the high-quality care group, both the pre-operative communication time and post-operative communication time were extended, pre-operative preparation time was shortened, service was warmer, responsibility nurse was fixed and joined the ward round with the doctors, individulized nursing was excercised, and life care was strengthened.Three days after the operation, questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction degree of both the doctors and patients. And SDS and SAS were used to evaluate the status of depression or anxiety of the patients . Results The satisfaction degrees after the operation of doctors and the patients in the high-quality care group towards the nursing care were both significantly higher than those of the conventional group （both P 〈0.05）. The SDS and SAS scores of the patients in both groups after operation were both significantly lower than those before the operation in the same groups （both P 〈 0.01）, and the SDS and SAS scores of the patients in the high-quality care group after operation were both significantly lower than those of the conventional care group （both P 〈0.01）. Conclusion High-quality care is effective in improving the satisfaction degrees of both the doctors and patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy emergency surgery and in relieving the depression and anxiety of patients.
