摘要
近年来,钢结构越来越多地应用于雕塑类等特种结构工程中,此类钢架结构的变形及受力要求高,且为空间受力,结构设计难度增加。以某特种钢结构雕塑为工程背景,利用有限元软件SAP2000建立结构的三维模型,考虑不同荷载工况,对模型进行模态分析,获得其振动模态及其基本自振周期,通过其模态周期来研究结构的整体动力特性。通过分析得到的结构构件应力比和现场采用钢弦式表面应变测量法监测得到的结果均符合规范要求。另外,对下部基础、承台梁、柱及厚板进行分析和设计,并验算基础的抗倾覆能力;钢结构设计中,节点的连接尤为重要,结合该钢结构工程,对节点的设计进行了探讨。该钢架结构的分析与设计,可为同类钢结构工程提供参考。
In recent years, more and more steel frames are used in sculpture structures. Deformation and stress of such steel frames require high standard, and thus design difficulty is increasing. Utilizing a special steel frame sculpture as an example, a three-dimensional structural model is built using finite element software SAP2000, and modal analysis is carried out. With the results of vibration mode and modal period, the overall dynamic characteristics is studied using the basic natural vibration period of structure. Stress ratio obtained from FE analysis and steel string surface strain measurement method satisfy to the specification requirements. Analysis and design foundation, apron piece, column and thick plate, and calculate the ability to resist overturning of foundation. The design of the joints is also discussed in this paper. The analysis and design of this steel structure can provide a reference for similar steel structures.
