摘要
随着超高层钢结构设计的多元化发展,新颖复杂的结构形式应运而生,尤其是节点及其连接形式。其中厚薄板焊接也时有出现。对于钢结构常见的T形连接、十字连接以及角接等连接形式,厚薄板焊接可导致焊缝局部钢材力学性能发生变化,出现脆化、变形等现象,且规范中未明确其在钢结构节点设计、加工中的可行性,使其在实际工程中的应用存在一定限制和困扰。基于科威特国民银行项目对主次梁连接中的厚薄板焊接试验研究,对该项目节点的设计提供了设计依据和应用可行性分析。同时,也为类似的工程提供了参考。
With diverse development of super high rise buildings, construction design, especially connection design, becomes more complicated and creative. For typical connection joints such as Tee, cruciform and angle joints, thick-to-thin plate welding is applied frequently in connection design. This welding might lead an impact on mechanical property of plates at local joint area, such as brittle fracture, deformation around welding groove etc. Further, due to lack of illustration or qualification in design standards,the applications of thick to thin plate welding joints are limited for its feasibilities of design and fabrication. The design and application method of skewed joint in National Bank of Kuwait and experimental study of thick to thin plate welding are presented in this paper, in order to research on the feasibility of thick-to-thin plate welding joints and provide a reference for similar projects.
