利用肉鸡测定米曲霉发酵的非常规蛋白质饲料中营养物质代谢率 被引量:2

The nutrient metabolic rate determination of the fermented unconventional protein stuffs with Aspergillus oryzae for broilers

摘要 研究利用肉鸡的代谢试验,测定米曲霉发酵的非常规蛋白饲料的营养价值。试验选用7周龄的雄性AA肉鸡25只,随机分为5组,每组5只,分别饲喂5组日粮。第1组为对照组,第2~4组分别用90%、60%和30%的发酵蛋白质饲料来替代对应比例的豆粕,第5组用60%未发酵的蛋白质饲料来替代等比例豆粕。结果表明,与对照组相比,第Ⅲ~Ⅳ组营养物质的表观代谢率差异不显著(P〉0.05),但可显著地减少直肠中大肠杆菌的数量(P〈0.051,增加小肠中消化酶的活性(P〈0.05)。与未发酵蛋白质组相比,发酵蛋白质能明显提高肉鸡日粮中粗蛋白、钙、磷的代谢率,并提高直肠中乳酸菌数量和小肠中消化酶活性,降低直肠中大肠杆菌的数量。试验为非常规蛋白质饲料资源的开发和利用提供了依据。 Broilers were used in this study to determine the nutritive value of the fermented unconventional protein stuffs by Aspergillus oryzae. About 25 7-week-old male broilers were selected and assigned to 5 groups, with 5 broilers in each group. Group 1 was the control; group 2-4 were prepared by replacing 90%, 60% and 30% soybean meal with the fermented protein stuffs; group 5 was formulat- ed by replacing 60% soybean meal with the unfermented protein stuffs. The result showed that the nu- trient metabolic rates in group 3-4 were insignificantly different, but enzyme activity in small intestine was significantly increased and rectal E.coli counts were deceased, compared with the control (P〈 0.05). The fermented protein stuffs could increase the metabolic rates of crude protein, calcium and phosphorus, increase lactic acid bacteria counts in rectum and enzyme activity in small intestine, and decrease E.coli counts in rectum, compared with the unfermented protein stuffs. The result proved that the optimal addition of fermented protein stuffs in broiler diet could have the same nutritive value as soybean meal, which could help to exploit the unconventional protein stuffs.
