Research on teachers' innovation ability development in local universities

地方本科高校承担着服务区域经济发展和培养创新型人才的双重使命。提高地方本科高校的教育质量,办出特色,就必须注重教师创新能力的发展,加强对教师创新能力的培养。本文通过对地方本科高校教师创新能力发展的重要性的阐述,分析当前面临的问题及其原因,提出地方本科高校教师创新能力发展的对策。

Local universities undertake an important mission,not only to serve the local economic development,but also to cultivate innovative talents. To improve the education quality of local universities,we must pay attention to develop teachers' innovative ability and strengthen the cultivation. Therefore,this paper explains three aspects of the importance,analyzes the current problems and reasons,and puts forward the countermeasures of local university teachers' innovation ability development.
