技术导向型社会的批判理性建构

A Critical Rational Construction of Technology-Oriented Society

当代中国已经步入一个技术导向型的社会。技术的发展极大地提升了经济和国力,改善了民生。新技术所发明的各种装置在给人们带来便捷的同时,也带来一些问题。标准化和同质化的技术文化通过装置范式重构了人们的行为、思维和情感方式,引发了一些值得关注的问题。如何面对技术文化的装置范式所提出的挑战,如何在技术导向型的社会建构具有批判理性的公民主体,这是中国现代化进程无可回避的难题。本文在考察了技术哲学相关理论基础上,提出了重建价值理性并遏制工具理性的应对策略。

China has entered into a technology-oriented society. Development of technology has greatly improved the economy,national power,and people＇s livelihood. Various devices invented via new technology bring convenience to people,but they also bring some problems. Standardization and homogenization of technical culture reconstructs people＇s behavior,ways of thinking and feeling through device paradigm,which causes some problems. So how to face the challenge proposed by device paradigm of technical culture and how to construct a civic body with rational criticism in the technology-oriented society are unavoidable problems in the process of China＇s modernization. Based on the relevant theories of techinical philosophy,this paper presents the coping strategies of reconstructing value rationality and containing strumental rationality.
