摘要
作为"海上丝绸之路"始发港的汉代合浦,"中外商业毕集",带动了合浦古郡饮食文化的繁荣发展。从史料考析、遗存研究、文化钩沉中可以窥见当时当地的食源、食涵、食器、食习,及其饮食文化的发展态貌与特征。其饮食文化特点,表现为饮食资源丰富、茶饮之风盛行、酒文化发达、食俗多元融合等。民族与东西方文明交流推动了汉代合浦地区饮食文明的进步。
In the Han dynasty, Hepu area was the departure port for Maritime Silk Road with Chinese and foreign business assembled here, contributing to catering culture prosperity and development of ancient Hepu county. Local food sources, food connotations, food containers, food custom and development states and characteristics of catering culture can be detected on the basis of historical data analysis, heritage research, and culture explorations. Hepu's catering cultural characteristics were manifested as abundant catering resources, prevailing tea drinking practice, developed wine culture, and diversified catering customs integration. The nationalities along with exchanges between Eastern and Western civilizations promoted the catering civilization progress in Hepu area in the Han dynasty.
