摘要
川菜养生文化历史悠久,内涵丰富,其主要特征可概括为:养生食材广泛,因地食宜,五味调和以及辩证施食。要弘扬川菜养生文化,必须不断宣传川菜养生文化,加快对川菜养生文化的应用开发,挖掘更多川菜养生食材,培育壮大养生川菜市场主体。积极发展川菜养生文化产业,不断提高川菜养生文化的应用价值,为民众饮食生活的健康做贡献。
Sichuan cuisine boasts a long health-preservation culture history and diversiified connotations. Its key characteristics can be sumarized as follows: wide-range health-preservation materials, appropriate food for the right land,the five properly-seasoned flavours and dialectically giving foods. Promotion of health-preservation culture calls for on-and-on publicity of the health-preservation culture of Sichuan cuisine, accelaration of development and application of the health-preservation culture of Sichuan cuisine, excavation of more food materials for Sichuan cuisine, cultivation of Sichuan cuisine market entity, active development of the health-preservation culture industry of Sichuan cuisine and improvement of application value of the health-preservation culture of Sichuan cuisine so as to contribute to a healthy people's catering life.
