摘要 促进农类高职院校实施跨专业复合型人才培养,是应对现代农业发展对复合型农业专业人才需求的重要举措。实施跨专业复合型人才培养,可以促进农类高职院校改革发展、深化校企合作提升社会服务能力、集聚资源提升人才培养质量、满足创新创业人才培养的需要。如何组织开展跨专业的教学、实训、科研、社会服务,是农类高职院校面临的难题。应以专业链对接农业产业链,调整优化专业结构,开发综合类课程、实施跨专业综合实训、打造跨专业教学科研团队、改革人才培养模式等改革措施,打破农类高职院校现有的教学、管理模式,实现学校管理模式创新、多专业协同,形成专业链竞争优势。 Promotion of inter-disciplinary talents training for cross-programs in agricultural vocational col- leges is a key initiative for responding to the demand of modem agricultural development for inter-disci- plinary agriculture talents. Implementation of inter-disciplinary talents training for cross-programs can pro- mote reform and development of agricultural vocational colleges, deepen college-enterprise cooperation, im- prove quality of talent training so as to meet the needs of the creative talents training. However, how to carry out inter-disciplinary teaching, practical training, scientific research and social service is a tough problem faced by agricultural vocational colleges. Accordingly, efforts need to be made to dock program chain with agriculture industry chain, adjust and optimize the program structures, develop integrated cours- es, implement comprehensive across-program training, develop across-program teaching and research team, and reform talents training models so as to break the existing teaching and management modes in agricul- tural vocational colleges, achieve management mode innovation and multi-program collaboration, and devel- op competitive advantages of program chain.
