增氧机标准与专利现状分析

Survey on aerator's standards and patents

为了构建渔业机械行业涉及专利标准的管理体系,保障标准和专利相结合能真正产生经济效益,促进行业健康发展,全国水产标准化技术委员会渔业机械分技委于2015年6月至2016年6月,利用访谈法和资料法开展了对中国增氧机行业标准与专利现状的调查。调查对象是涉及增氧机专利的单位和个人。调查内容涉及国内增氧机专利和标准现状;国内外标准化组织对涉及专利的处置方法;近期研究人员发表的涉及专利标准的论文等。根据调查结果,对渔业机械行业涉及专利标准的管理体系构建进行了讨论。

In order to construct the management system of patents and standards of fishing machinery industry, guaran- tee to really generate economic benefits by combining standards with patents, and facilitate a healthy development of industry, Fishery Machinery Standardization Technical Committee, one of the National Technical Committee of Fisher- ies, carried out a survey on industry standards and patents situations of aerator in China by interview and information investigation from June 2015 to June 2016. Survey objectives were organizations and individuals involving aerator pa- tents. Survey contents included the situations of aerator＇ s patents and standards in China, the disposal method of pa- tents by domestic and international standards organizations, and recent publications about standards and patents by re- searchers, etc. Based on these survey results, it was discussed for the construction of management system involving patents and standards in fishing machinery industry.
