摘要
目的观察粒细胞集落刺激因子(granulocyte colony-stimulating factor GCS-F)是否可以促进胰腺干细胞的增殖。方法应用L-精氨酸诱导大鼠急性胰腺炎模型,随机分为对照组及G-CSF治疗组。于治疗后第21天处死大鼠,通过免疫荧光和免疫组化检测胰腺组织表面标记物Pax-4、Nkx-6。结果治疗后3周,免疫荧光及免疫组化结果表明G-CSF治疗组大鼠的胰腺组织表面标志物Pax-4、Nkx-6表达的细胞数明显多于对照组。结论 G-CSF治疗可以促进胰腺干细胞增殖并修复损伤的胰腺组织。
Objective To observe whether granulocyte colony-stimulating factor can promote the pancreas stem cell proliferation. Methods Rat model of acute pancreatitis was established by L-arginine. The rats were divided into control group and G-CSF treatment group. The rats were killed on the 21 st day after treatment and Pax-4 and Nkx-6 were detected with immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry. Results Three weeks after treatment, the results of immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry showed that the cells of Pax-4 and Nkx-6 in G- CSF group were significantly greater than those in control group. Conclusion G-CSF can promote the pancreatic stem cell proliferation and repair the injured pancreatic tissues.
