摘要
学术话语权既是国家实力的有机组成部分,也是国家实力的一种体现。遵循社会科学的发展规律,学术话语权的提升有赖于强大的国家实力,以发达的社会科学为支撑,并反映时代的重大问题,将民族性寓于国际性之中,同时也需要站在学术前沿的学术大师的引领。
The Power of academic discourse is not only an organic component of national strengthen, but also a reflection of the national strengthen. Following the development laws of social sciences, the promotion of the power of academic discourse relies on a strong national strengthen. It shall be supported by developed social sciences, reflect major issues of the time, and incorporate nationalism into internationalism. At the same time, it also requires for the leadership of academic masters who stand on the front of academic study.
