全面从严治党视阈下的反特权问题探析

Analysis on the Issue of Anti-Privilege in the Context of Comprehensively Strengthening Party Self-discipline

全面从严治党内在要求反特权,反特权为全面从严治党注入新内涵与新动力。鉴于党规党法严于国家法律,全面从严治党视阈下有必要对反特权问题进行重新审视,注重把握当前反特权斗争新特点及其基本规律,并紧密结合全面从严治党八项要求,落实从严治党和反特权责任,坚持从严管理干部,严肃党内政治生活,持续深入改进作风,严明党的纪律,发挥人民监督作用,将反特权与全面从严治党一起部署、协同推进,并着力构建新形势下反特权长效机制,以实现反特权斗争科学化、规范化、制度化。

Anti-privilege is an inherent requirement of comprehensively strengthening the Party self-discipline,which also adds new connotation and fresh impetus to the latter. Considering that party rules and regulations are stricter than national laws, it＇s necessary to re-examine the issue of anti-privilege in the context of comprehensively strengthening the Party self-discipline, so as to grasp the new features and the underlining laws of the anti-privilege battle, and then taking into account the eight- point requirements of stricter Party discipline made by General Secretary Xi Jinping, to discharge the duty of strengthening party self- discipline and fighting against privilege,strictly manage party officials, solemnize inner- party political life, keep improving working style, earnestly implement party discipline, and give play to people＇s role in public supervision. In this way, we could combine the efforts of strengthening the Party self-discipline and anti-privilege and form a synergy to develop an implementation path and a long-term mechanism for the fight against privilege in the current circumstances of strictly governing the Party, to the end of a scientific, regulated and institutionalized anti-privilege battle.
