Exploration of the Nature of Psoriasis: Asthenia in Origin and Sthenia in Superficiality

回顾"从血论治"病机理论的形成过程,总结该理论发展现状及不足之处,并对病机理论中的几个关键问题,结合流行病学证据展开分析,提出"脾肾阳虚是根本,外邪触发是诱因,血热瘀滞是标象"的银屑病病机理论新观点。倡导银屑病中药治疗应"从血论治治其标,健脾固肾治其本",将控制和减少复发作为中医治疗的切入点。

The authors review the formation of the psoriasis pathogenesis theory of ＂treatment from blood＂. The development status and deficiencies of the theory is summarized. Aiming at some important issues of the pathogenesis theory,combining with the analysis of epidemiological evidence,the authors put forward new ideas for psoriasis pathogenesis theory that ＂Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney is the basis,with the incentive of exogenous pathogen invading,while the symptoms are heat in blood and blood stasis＂. The authors advocate that Chinese medicine treatment of psoriasis should ＂treat the symptoms from blood and treat the root from invigorating spleen-consolidating kidney＂.Controlling and reducing recurrence are taken as the entry point in Chinese medicine treatment.
