基于环境适应性的CO_2开放制冷系统优化设计

摘要 因矿井灾变环境下电源使用条件苛刻,矿用可移动式救生舱制冷系统使用开放式CO_2无源制冷系统。通过结冰工况换热器计算发现,CO_2开放式制冷一次节流系统节流温度低于0℃,温湿度变化对一次节流系统稳定性影响较大,在低湿度范围内,湿度增加使系统蒸发段增长,结霜量增大,低温下结霜现象尤为明显。设计了一种二次节流系统,节流温度高于0℃,不出现结霜现象,系统管路长度小,具有较高的温湿度适应性。本文提出的具有高温湿度范围适应性的CO_2开放式二次节流制冷系统对矿井无源制冷系统的设计与运用具有重要的指导意义。 The Open loop cycle CO2 refrigeration system is used in the Mine Rescue Cabin for the strict restrictions on the use of power supply on the condition of the mine disaster.When the throttling temperature is below 0℃,which has a significant impact on the stability of single throttling system of a single throttling open loop cycle CO2 refrigeration system.In the range of low humidity,as the humidity increases,the length of the evaporator and the amount of frost increases.The frost phenomenon is particularly evident at low temperature.In this paper,A two-stage throttling system without frost was proposed which can raise throttling temperature up to 0℃,and has a high adaptability to different temperature and humidity and a shorter length of the evaporator.It is an important reference to the research and application of the open loop cycle CO2 refrigeration system in the extreme condition.
