带均压腔燃气发生器水下排水研究

摘要 带均压腔燃气发生器初始水下工作为复杂高压排水过程,快速经历超临界、临界、亚临界等多个状态,不同于正常工作状态,严重影响系统承载能力、药柱燃烧。为研究该过程特性及影响,基于理论和CFD计算建立了覆盖全程的仿真方法,通过了特定系统试验验证,并分析了一般模型水下通气排水过程,研究获得了典型参数对初始排水过程的影响。结果表明:带均压腔燃气发生器初始排水过程,系统压力大幅提高,调整均压腔容积、充水比例、排水孔直径等参数可有效改善工作状态。 The initial operation of the gas generator with a mean pressure chamber is a complicated and high pressure drainage process,and the system quickly undergoes supercritical critica subcritical states,which seriously affects the structural strength of the system and the grain burning Performance.In order to study the characteristics and effects of the process,a new calculation method was established based on theoretical analysis and simulation calculation,and verified by experiments of Specific system.The drainage process of the general model is analyzed,and the influence of the typical parameters on the process is studied.The drainage process of the general model is studied by this method,the influence of typical parameters on the process is obtained.The results show:the pressure of the system on initial darning process is greatly improved,adjusting chamber volume/system water filling ration/ventilating hole diameter can effectively improve the system.
