摘要
介绍了铜阳极泥处理过程中沉银后液、氯化银洗液的回收利用。充分利用沉银后液及氯化银洗液中的硫酸、氯离子作为铜银浸出渣的预浸母液,除去锑砷等杂质元素,为氯化分金工序提供优质原料。研究证明,采用沉银后液、氯化银洗液能够满足铜银浸出渣的除杂要求,具有减少废水处理量,降低废水处理成本的优点,同时利用沉银后液中的硫酸、氯离子减少了硫酸、盐酸的加入量,达到了降低铜阳极泥处理成本的目的。
This paper introduces the deposit silver solution and washing solution of silver chloride, which contains sulfuric acid and chloride ions recycling from copper anode mud. The solution can he used as liquor of pretreatment, to remove arsenic and antimony elements in the chlorination. The technology was successfully applied to the production. The new technology has the advantage of removing impurities, reducing wastewater treatment, reducing cost of wastewater treatment, decreasing the addition of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid and reducing treatment cost of copper anode mud.
