摘要
石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫后的净烟气排放会携带大量浆液雾滴,对周边环境造成不利影响,因此脱硫塔出口普遍安装了除雾设备。为检测除雾器性能,提出了一种改进的镁离子法测定除雾器出口烟气携带液滴量,通过对一台烟气脱硫中试装置对除雾器出口的雾滴质量浓度进行测试验证。结果表明,该方法具有良好的实用性与准确度,而且操作步骤简约、便捷。
After limestone-gypsum wet flue-gas desulfurization systems, large quantity of slurry droplets along with flue gas emitted into the atmosphere, which would cause adverse effects on the surrounding. Therefore most desulfurization tower's outlet set defogging device. To detect performance of mist eliminator, it was proposed to measure the mass concentration of droplet at the outlet of mist eliminator based on an improved magnesium ion method, which was verified with a flue gas desulfurization pilot plant. Result show the method has good practicability, accuracy and operation steps are simple and convenient.
