建筑信息模型在暖通空调上的应用

摘要 随着经济的发展和技术不断的提高,建筑信息模型在我国建筑业应用越来越广泛,但是其功能在建筑工程不同专业,不同部门应用不同。介绍了建筑信息模型技术在暖通空调上的MEP管线综合;建筑能耗模拟分析;信息共享及后期运营管理等方面的几个特色应用。认为,建筑信息模型在暖通空调上应用前景广阔,不仅提高了效率缩短了项目生命周期,而且给各专业提供了精准的信息,起到了资源共享的作用。 With the development of economy and the improvement of technology, the application of BIM in the construction industry in our country is more and more extensive. The application of BIM in the different majors and different application departments are different. This paper expounds BIM Technology in HVAC design features, building energy consumption simulation, information sharing and later operation management. BIM has prospect application in HVAC, not only improve the efficiency and shorten the project life cycle, but also provides accurate information for each major, playing an important role in resource sharing
