摘要
新疆高师院校理科实验班的举办,是为解决理科人才培养中存在的诸多问题而进行的有益尝试。理科实验班在培养目标、课程体系、录取方式、培养模式、教学模式、管理模式等方面已经形成了自己的特色,并在高校培养模式的适切性、教师教学观念的适宜性以及人才培养效果的契合性等方面产生了一定的成效,然而,理科实验班办学过程中的实践理念、人才培养方案和制度建设也需要我们进一步加以反思。
The experiment class of science offered by institutions of higher normal education in Xinjiang is a beneficial attempt to solve problems with the cultivation of science professionals. The experiment class of science has formed its own feature in cultivating target, curriculum system, enrollment, training pattern, teaching and management pattern and taken certain effect in the pertinence of training pattern,suitability of teaching concept and agreement of effect in students' training.However, the practice concept of experiment class of science, training project and system construction require us to reflect further.
