一种蒽醌水杨醛席夫碱的合成及其Cu(Ⅱ)离子识别

摘要 通过1,8-二胺基蒽-9,10-二醌与水杨醛缩合反应得到一种新的含蒽醌生色团水杨醛席夫碱化合物L,并研究了其对不同金属离子识别能力。在CH3CN溶液中,目标化合物L对Cu^(2+)有很好的颜色及荧光双重响应。随着Cu^(2+)的加入,受体分子处于480nm峰减弱,且溶液由黄色变为蓝绿色;同时处于575nm的发射峰发生荧光淬灭响应。并对其作为机理进行了探讨。 A new anthraquinone-containing Schiff-base(L)was obtained via condensation of 1,8-diaminoanthracene-9,10-dione with salicylaldehyde.The cations binding abilities of L were evaluated by UV-visible absorption and emission spectra.In CH3 CN solution,L showed exclusive binding abilities toward Cu^2+over other metal ions,with its color changing from orange to cyan,and the emission at 575 nm a quenching response.The binding mechanism between L and Cu^2+was also discussed.
