摘要 睑板腺功能障碍(meibomian gland dysfunction,MGD)是常见的眼表疾病,是干眼最主要的病因。本文主要就近5 a国内外关于MGD物理治疗、药物治疗、中医治疗、患者教育4个方面的治疗进展作一综述,以期为临床MGD治疗提供新的思路。 Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) is a common ocular surface dis- ease, and the main cause of dry eye. This article reviews the treatment of MGD at home and abroad over the past 5 years, which is divided into 4 aspects:physical therapy, drug treatment, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and patient education, in order to pro- vide new ideas for clinical MGD treatment.
