切向和法向摩擦振动向量合成方法

摘要 为了实现切向和法向摩振动的融合,提出应用向量理论对切向和法向摩擦振动进行合成的方法,通过摩擦副磨合磨损试验分析合成摩擦振动的变化规律。结果表明:合成摩擦振动在摩擦副磨合过程中经历了由大到小并趋于平稳的变化过程;摩擦副磨合开始时,合成摩擦振动的幅值较大,随着磨合过程的进行,合成摩擦振动的幅值逐渐减小;摩擦副达到磨合后,合成摩擦振动的幅值处于平稳波动;提出的向量合成方法可实现切向和法向摩擦振动的融合,合成的摩擦振动能够反映摩擦副磨合磨损状态的变化。 A vector synthesis algorithm was proposed to realize the fusion of tangential and normal friction vibration with the vector theory, and the synthesized friction vibration was researched by the running-in wear test. Result shows that the amplitude of synthesized friction vibration experiences the change from high to low and then steady in the running-in process.The amplitude of the synthesized friction vibration is large in the beginning of the running-in process, then is in decline when running-in continues and produces a stable and smooth fluctuation when reaching the running-in.The vector synthesis algorithm proposed can realize the fusion of tangential and normal friction vibration, and the synthesized friction vibration can reflect the feature variation of the running-in wear state of trihological pairs.
