摘要
综述BCN基薄膜微结构以及摩擦学特性的研究进展;分析元素含量对BCN基薄膜微结构的影响,并阐述薄膜微结构对薄膜机械特性和摩擦学特性的影响。指出:BCN基薄膜微结构受到薄膜制备参数的影响;薄膜机械特性与薄膜微结构有关,而薄膜摩擦学特性与薄膜微结构和摩擦试验环境相关。同时讨论通过优化制备参数来制备性能更加优异的薄膜,以及探究薄膜在不同润滑环境下的磨损机制,并评估其实际工业应用的可行性。
The development of microstructure and tribological properties of BCN based films was reviewed.The influence of element content on the microstructure of films was analyzed, and the influence of microstructure on the mechanical and tribological properties of films was investigated.It is indicated that the preparation parameters have great influences on the microstructure of films; the microstructure of films influences the mechanical properties and tribological properties of films, and the tribological properties of films are also influenced by the friction environment. The relationship between films' improved properties and optimized preparation parameters was discussed, and the wear mechanism of the films under different lubrication conditions was investigated, and the feasibility of their practical applications was also evaluated.
