摘要
根据重负荷发动机冷却液的测试要求,开发一种满足重负荷发动机冷却液气穴腐蚀性能评价的超声波气穴腐蚀试验机。同时,通过对不同种防冻液的重复性和区分性试验,确定试验参数和建立试验方法。试验结果表明,该试验装置和建立的试验方法对不同防冻液有着较好的区分性和较好的试验重复性,可用于重负荷发动机冷却液抗气穴腐蚀的开发评定。
According to the heavy-duty engine coolant testing requirements, a kind of ultrasonic cavitation erosion tester was developed, which could be applied to evaluate the performance of heavy-duty engine coolant. Meanwhile, by means of the repeatability and differentiating experiments of different coolants, the experiment parameters of the ultrasonic cavitation erosion tester were confirmed and the experimental method was established.Test results indicate that the test unit and the established experimental method have better differentiating and repeatability to different coolants.It can be applied to develop and evaluate cavitation erosion resistance of the heavy-duty engine coolants.
