摘要 汽车用先进高强钢MS1400以其低合金成分和超高的抗拉强度等优势,在汽车的生产制造领域具有很大的潜力,但由于其电阻点焊的焊接接头具有焊核小,易产生缩孔和裂纹,易飞溅,易界面剥离以及明显的软化区等局限性,限制了其在汽车制造方面的广泛应用。本文针对这一问题,通过调节电阻点焊工艺参数来进行试验,得到焊核内部无明显缩孔和裂纹的焊接接头,实现了钮扣拔出的断裂模式,获得了MS1400的较优的点焊工艺参数,并对焊点的金相组织、显微硬度和断口形貌进行了分析。 Because of advanced high strength steel MS 1400 for automobile with its low alloy composition and ultra-high tensile strength and other advantages, it has great potential in the field of automobile manufacturing, but because its resistance spot welding joints have small nugget, tend to produce shrink holes and cracks, splash, interface delamination and significant softening areas such limitations, its wide application in automobile manufacturing is limited. Aiming at this problem, by adjusting the resistance spot welding process parameters to be tested, welded joints with no shrink holes or cracks inside the nugget were gotten, a fracture mode of button pulled out was achieved, and MS1400's optimum spot welding process parameters were obtained. Meanwhile, microstructure, microhardness and fracture morphology of the joints were analyzed.
