摘要
分析了底座的材料、结构、使用条件及技术要求等,根据现有的生产技术和生产条件,对该件进行了铸造工艺设计。确定采用卧式造型合箱,完成上部浇注的砂型铸造工艺方案设计;确定底座的凝固原则、浇注位置和分型面等;确定底座的铸造工艺参数;设计底座砂型铸造的浇、冒口系统;完成一整套该件的砂型铸造和消失模铸造生产的工艺文件。
Through the analysis of the pedestal materials, structure, used conditions and technical requirements, etc, according to the existing production technology and conditions, the casting process design was carried out. Horizontal modeling mould closing was adopted, the upper pouring sand casting process scheme was finished. The pedestal solidification principle, pouring position, parting surface, and casting process parameters etc were determined. The pouring and riser system of sand casting of the pedestal was designed. A set of process documents about sand casting and lost foam casting production were finished.
