摘要
介绍了准Ф610 mm×102 mm的P92钢高压锅炉管研制开发过程及性能检验。结果表明:P92钢管的化学成分、金相组织、夹杂物、晶粒度、室温力学性能和高温短时拉伸性能均满足ASME SA335M标准和GB5310标准的要求。采用高温持久试验及最小二乘法外推出在625℃历时1×105 h的P92钢管持久强度为99.6 MPa,高于EN、ECCC(欧盟持久与蠕变委员会)和GB5310的要求。
The development process and performance test of the Ф610 min×102 mm P92 high pressure boiler tube were introduced. The results show that: the chemical composition, microstructure, inclusions, grain size, mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature tensile properties of P92 steel tube meet the ASME SA335M standard and GB5310 standard. Endurance strength at 625 ℃ for 1 × 105 h of P92 steel tube extrapolated by the high temperature endurance test and least square method is 99.6 MPa, which is higher than that ofEN, ECCC (the European Endurance and Creep Commission) and GB5310 requirements.
