齿形链轮温挤压精密成形数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 采用DEFORM-3D软件模拟了齿形链轮温挤压成形过程,分析了挤压温度和速度对链轮成形中温度场和等效应力场的影响,并对挤压温度和速度进行了优化。结果表明,成形过程中齿形区温度分布不均且应力过大,在齿形边缘处易出现应力集中现象;在对比分析后得出最佳的工艺参数为:挤压温度600℃,挤压速度50 mm/s;在此最佳工艺参数下,齿形链轮填充良好,温度分布均匀,表面质量较好,且齿形区成形时应力状态得到改善,在齿形边缘处应力集中现象也得到缓解。 The warm extrusion forming process of toothed chain wheel was simulated by using software DEFORM-3D. The effects of extrusion temperature and speed on the temperature fields and equivalent stress fields of the chain wheel during forming process were analyzed. The extrusion temperature and speed were optimized. The results show that temperature distribution in the tooth shape region is uneven,and the stress is larger during the forming. And the stress concentration usually appears on the edge of tooth. After comparative analysis, the optimum process parameters are obtained as follows: heating temperature of 600 ℃, and extrusion speed of 50 mm/s. Under the optimal process parameters, filling of the chain wheel is good, the distribution of temperature is uniform, and surface quality is better. The stress state is improved when the tooth forming, and the stress concentration on the edge of tooth is reduced.
