摘要
钛合金抽芯铆钉是航空航天领域的重要紧固件之一。在铆接过程中,锁环的锁合成形质量对铆钉的性能影响很大。基于锁环锁合过程的研究建立了有限元模型,分析了锁环锁合过程中凸模的负载变化、应力分布、金属材料的流场等。结果表明,锁环采用45°开口形式,虽然铆接强度达到使用要求,但存在疲劳失效的危险。为此,提出了更加合理的开口形式。
Titanium alloy core pulling rivet is one of the important fasteners in the field of aerospace. The locking ring forming quality has a great influence on the performance of the rivet in the process of riveting. The finite element model was established based on the research of the lock ring locking process. The load change of the top die, stress distribution and flow field of the metal material were analyzed in the lock ring locking process. The results indicate that the riveting performance strength of the lock ring of the 45° crevasse meets the use requirements, but there is the risk of fatigue failure. So, the more reasonable crevasse form was put forward.
