摘要 本文对2 mm厚05CuPCrNi耐大气腐蚀钢分别进行等离子弧焊与MAG焊,进行疲劳、断口扫描分析等试验,通过与MAG焊接头的对比,确定在对接和搭接接头下等离子弧焊的疲劳性能。研究结果表明:2 mm厚05CuPCrNi耐大气腐蚀钢等离子弧焊焊接接头质量优良,且焊接接头的疲劳性能明显优于MAG焊焊接接头,其对接接头与搭接接头的疲劳极限强度分别提高了83%和225%。 Plasma arc welding and MAG welding for 2mm thick ness 05CuPCrNi atmospheric corrosion resistant steel were carried out respectively. Fatigue and fracture scanning analysis experiments were also carried out. By comparing with the MAG welded joints, fatigue properties were determined in lap and butt joints. The results show that: the plasma arc welding joints of 2 mm thick ness 05CuPCrNi atmospheric corrosion resistant steel are of good quality, and the fatigue properties of welded joints are significantly better than those of MAG welded joints. The ultimate fatigue strengths of the lap joint and butt joint are increased by 83% and 225%.
