摘要 对厚壁集箱环缝进行了窄间隙埋弧焊,并对其接头的力学性能和无损检验结果进行了分析,对窄间隙埋弧焊在厚壁集箱等压力容器环逢焊接上的应用提出了一套切实可行的焊接工艺方案,试验结果完全满足相关标准要求。 NG-SAW for the heavy wall header was carried out, and the mechanical properties and the non-destructive test results of the welded joint for the heavy wall header were analyzed; For narrow gap submerged arc welding in pressure vessels such as circumferential seam of the heavy wall header, a practical scheme of welding process was put forward. The results of the test could meet the relevant standards completely.
