摘要
采用化学分析、金相检验、硬度测试、XRD定量分析等方法分析了模具环形裂纹的形成原因。结果表明:模具钢淬火后回火不充分,以及模具钢中存在的大块状共晶碳化物的分布及形状不良,是模具环形开裂的主要原因。
Formation causes of die annular cracking were analyzed by chemical analysis, metallographic examination, hardness test and XRD quantitative analysis. The results show that inadequate tempering of the die steel after quenching and unfavorable distribution and shape of the massive eutectic carbide in the die are the main reasons of the ring cracking.
