先天性拇指发育不良伴单侧上肢肌肉肥大一例

摘要
患者女，8岁。出生时发现左手拇指较右手拇指细小，虎口较对侧大；随着年龄增大，以上症状明显，拇指与示中指相捏无力，与环小指相捏不能；手掌出现质软的局部隆起，不伴疼痛和红肿；前臂不能旋后。临床检查：拇指稍小，过度外展，虎口宽大，指间关节和掌指关节主被动屈曲范围均约20°，伸直正常，腕掌关节外展不稳；拇指对掌功能差，大鱼际基本缺失。
