不同社会性别的公民群体对于公共政策制定过程都给与了高度的关注,女性公民的政策关注度明显低于男性。男女公民群体的参与方法偏好具有高度的趋同性。在乡级政策参与上,男女两性公民群体的人数分布具有显著差异,在其他政府层级的政策参与上男女两性公民群体的人数分布没有显著差异。

But in terms of policy concerns, female citizens are significantly lower than male citizens. The partici- pation method of male and female citizen groups has a high degree of convergence. In the township government policy participation, there are significant differences in the number of male and female citizen groups. At other levels of government＇s policy participation,the differences are small.
