摘要 本研究结合工厂的实际生产情况,比较了不同热处理方式的热处理炉对轮毂毛坯热处理变形的影响。并选用多种轮型对轮毂进行了热处理变形规律探究。研究发现,经过热处理后,轮毂毛坯均发生了变形。毛坯在经过辊道式连续热处理炉后整体变形量相对于步进式热处理炉较小。轮型尺寸越大,热处理后毛坯总体变形量越大。轮毂热处理后的变形与轮毂热处理工艺、轮毂结构、显微组织的变化有关系,在淬火热应力与组织应力双重作用下轮毂发生热处理变形。具体为毛坯端面变形主要受铸造后毛坯微观组织状态不均的影响,正面深度变化与轮型设计、轮辐个数和重量有关,圆度变化主要决定于毛坯热处理过程中的淬火导致轮毂翘曲,实为热应力的作用。 In this study, combining with the actual production situation, we compared the deformation of the wheels after different heat treatment furnace. The results show that all the wheels deformed after the heat treatment. The smaller deformation was achieved after the heat treatment by the roller heat treatment furnace than the stepping heat treatment furnace. The bigger the wheel sizes are, the greater the deformation amount is. The deformation of the wheels is related to the heat treatment process, the hub structure and the microstructure changes in the aging process, which is mainly caused by the thermal stress in the quenching process and the transformation stress of the microstructure. The deformation of the end was affected by the microstructure distribution in the cast wheels. The distance between outer rim and hub was related to the wheel design, spoke number and weight. The circular degree changes are mainly determined by the quenching of heat treatment orocess, which is related to the thermal stress.
