摘要
文化创意企业中女性参与企业高层管理是否对企业财务绩效有所影响,影响程度如何值得关注和研究。本文以2013年中国文化创意产业的202家上市公司为样本,分析文化创意企业中女性高管对企业绩效的影响。通过分析企业中女性高管的比例以及包括女性高管年龄、担任高管的时间、专业背景、是否担任CEO或董事长等各种特质,以及综合考察企业的资产规模、净利润率、资产回报率等经济指标,运用数据包络分析法(DEA)和主成分分析法(PCA),对女性高管的各项特征因子和企业绩效指标进行研究,分析评价企业女性高管对企业绩效的影响。
Under the background of Entrepreneurship, Innovation Promotion, China's creative industry is booming. The competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Managers are eager to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of enterpris- es by any possibility. Cultural and creative industries, for its unique requirements for talent innovation and creative talent and providing unique products and services to the market, are different from other industrial enterprises. Women's participation in the enterprize's high level management have been taken into consideration in terms of their influence on corporate financial performance. Based on a sample of 202 listing Corporation in China's creative industries in 2013, this study analyzes the influence of the female executives' impact on firm performance. Through the comprehensive analysis of female executives by index of fe- male executives including age, time, professional background, education, management experience, family support, and further study of firm performance index of asset size, net profit margin, return on assets, asset liability ratio, earnings per share, net operating cash flow per share, the growth rate of total assets, the rate of capital accumulation, the growth rate of business income, total assets turnover rate and other performance indicators, we applied data envelopment analysis (Data Envelopment Analysis, referred to as DEA) and principal component analysis (Principal Component Analysis, referred to as PCA), to study female executives and its impact on firm performance.
