Reflections on India's Position and Role within China's Belt and Road Initiative

作为中国南部的重要邻国和南亚次大陆最大的国家,印度在中国"一带一路"倡议中占有极其重要的地位。虽然印度经济发展可能为中国"一带一路"倡议提供诸多重要的机遇,但是同时也可能对中国"一带一路"倡议构成一些严峻挑战。印度在中国"一带一路"倡议中的作用可能比较复杂,意义也比较特殊。

As China's important southern neighbor and the largest state on the Indian subcontinent,India plays a critical role with respect to China's Belt and Road Initiative.While India's economic development may bring a range of important opportunities to the Belt and Road Initiative,it could also constitute a serious challenge for China's initiative.On the whole,India's role with respect to China's Belt and Road Initiative is both unique and complex.
